Jumping higher basically came down to these two things that helped more more than most of the other things I can think of. 1) You've got to make sure your nutrition is spot on. You need to be sure that you improve your hydration like with Powerade or Gatorade. That water is going to make a huge difference in your ability to jump and avoid cramps once you really start getting more air.
